FDA Approves Booster Vaccines

🚨 🚨 FDA clears Moderna and J&J Covid vaccine boosters, allows ‘mix and match’ shots
The Food and Drug Administration on Wednesday authorized Covid vaccine booster shots made by Johnson & Johnson and Moderna, another critical step in distributing the extra doses in the U.S.
Americans will also be allowed to “mix and match” vaccines, getting a booster shot from a different drugmaker than the one that made their initial doses
The ruling now goes to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and its vaccine advisory committee, which has scheduled a meeting Thursday to discuss Moderna’s and J&J’s booster data
The authorization would open up booster doses to the more than 15 million people who have been inoculated with J&J’s shots and the more than 69 million people who have been fully immunized with Moderna’s vaccine
Strategy: Our Algo sees MRNA climbing to at least $400 per share in 2022. We see JNJ climbing to $195 per share
