Vertiv Shrugs Off Revenue Miss, Guides Full-Year Earnings Up as AI Demand Tightens Margins


‼️ BREAKING: Vertiv Holdings falls after the company’s second-quarter revenue misses Wall Street expectations. Vertiv reports second-quarter sales of $3.27 billion, missing analyst estimates, while adjusted earnings of $1.52 a share beat expectations. Vertiv raises its full-year forecast to adjusted earnings of $6.65 to $6.75 a share on net sales of $13.8 billion to $14 billion.
