‼️ 🧠 AWS and Salesforce expanded their partnership with new integrations linking enterprise data, AI agents and voice workflows across their platforms. Salesforce data will become available in Amazon Q, AWS agents will be brought into Slack, Agentforce will gain broader model access through Amazon Bedrock, and Agentforce Voice will interoperate in real time with Amazon Connect. Salesforce Data Cloud also expanded zero-copy access to AWS Glue and S3-backed Apache Iceberg tables, Aurora, RDS and SageMaker Lakehouse, alongside existing Redshift and S3 support. Agentforce customers can use Anthropic and Nvidia models via Bedrock, with OpenAI models planned, while Bedrock’s zero-retention policy and Salesforce’s Trust Layer provide data protection, grounding, toxicity detection and compliance support.
