‼️ 🧠 Micron has introduced the world’s first 512GB DDR5 RDIMM, using advanced vertically stacked DRAM packaging and through-silicon vias to deliver data-center memory speeds of up to 9,200 MT/s while reducing operating power by more than 60%. The ultra-dense module enables up to 12TB of DDR5 memory in a 24-slot, dual-socket server, supporting higher-performance next-generation data-center workloads.
