Micron’s $22 Billion Deal Book Is Rewriting the Memory-Cycle Playbook

Alpha Binwani Capital: “Micron’s $22 billion in binding, multi-year customer agreements—featuring take-or-pay provisions and fixed or floor-and-ceiling pricing—provide unusually strong visibility into memory demand, supply commitments, and future earnings. The structure does not eliminate cyclicality, but it meaningfully reduces the volatility investors associate with past memory downturns. Micron expects strategic-agreement margins to remain above the peak quarterly levels of prior cycles even at contractual floor prices, supporting a fundamentally stronger profit model: gross margin surged from 38% a year earlier to 85% in Q3, with roughly 86% guided for Q4”

RTX’s Pratt & Whitney Clears Key F135 Upgrade Milestone for F-35 Block 4

‼️ ✈️ RTX’s Pratt & Whitney has completed the design review for its F135 Engine Core Upgrade, moving the program closer to F-35 production. The upgrade is designed to deliver the added power and cooling capacity needed for the jet’s Block 4 modernization, which introduces advanced sensors, weapons and other systems across all three F-35 variants.

AWS and Salesforce Deepen AI Alliance to Connect Data, Agents and Voice Workflows

‼️ 🧠 AWS and Salesforce expanded their partnership with new integrations linking enterprise data, AI agents and voice workflows across their platforms. Salesforce data will become available in Amazon Q, AWS agents will be brought into Slack, Agentforce will gain broader model access through Amazon Bedrock, and Agentforce Voice will interoperate in real time with Amazon Connect. Salesforce Data Cloud also expanded zero-copy access to AWS Glue and S3-backed Apache Iceberg tables, Aurora, RDS and SageMaker Lakehouse, alongside existing Redshift and S3 support. Agentforce customers can use Anthropic and Nvidia models via Bedrock, with OpenAI models planned, while Bedrock’s zero-retention policy and Salesforce’s Trust Layer provide data protection, grounding, toxicity detection and compliance support.

AI Chip Rout Is ‘Tempest in a Teacup,’ Not a Demand Collapse: Lynx Equities

‼️ 🧠 Lynx Equities Strategies analyst KC Rajkumar says the AI semiconductor sell-off tied to Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei’s essay is a misreading, arguing there is no supply-chain evidence of an AI-hardware pullback. His checks found no slowdown in GPU deployments, cancellations in memory, flash, TSMC or OSAT orders, changes to semicap delivery schedules, or disruption across the components ecosystem. Rajkumar notes that Amodei explicitly said “pacing does not mean halting model training or technical progress,” and argues Anthropic has strong incentives to keep expanding compute capacity to support revenue growth, profitability and its path to an IPO. Instead, he attributes the weakness in AI semiconductor stocks to macro pressures—particularly rising long-bond yields, US-China chip-export tensions and Taiwan risk—rather than deteriorating AI infrastructure demand, leaving the underlying investment case intact
